Whenever my couple is down to meet at Starbucks, I already know they are my kinda people! From the moment these two walked in the door, they were all smiles. If there was one thing I learned that first night about these two is that they are always down for an adventure & they love to salsa dance! So our first stop was to hit the streets of Miami’s Little Havana. With a quick change, they took their dancing shoes over to the Ball & Chain. Most locals know the history of this location- opening in 1935 as a saloon and hosting some of the most legendary artists including one of my favorites, the late Billie Holiday.
Every corner we turned music was playing and people were dancing. Our next stop was at the cutest little eclectic museum showcasing Cuban art, “Cuba Ocho“!
A trip into Little Havana is not complete without hitting up the Domino Park! These guys were fighting to take pictures with Susie & Julian. Walking into the park felt like walking into your family’s living room. He gave her the “1” Domino and these guys were only too happy to celebrate with them! Drinks, music, dancing, and some laughs with family…it was a perfect way to end the night!
